How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by going to the login screen and tapping on "Forgot Password." Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.
How do I add a new pet to my profile?
To add a new pet, tap on the "+" button in the bottom navigation bar and select "Add New Pet." Fill in your pet's information and tap "Save."
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take your privacy and data security very seriously. All your data is encrypted and stored securely. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
I'm a foster or shelter. How do I post a pet for adoption?
First, upgrade to the Rescue tier ($29.99/year) within the Pet Pad app. Then create a complete pet profile with photos, medical history, and important details. When you're ready, simply toggle the "Mark as Adoptable" switch — the pet will automatically appear on the Pet Pad Adoption website within moments. No need to contact us or wait for approval.
Can multiple people manage the same pet?
Yes! Pet Pad supports coparents. You can invite other caregivers, fosters, or shelter staff to co-manage a pet's profile. Everyone gets real-time access to update and view the pet's information, making teamwork effortless.
How does transferring a pet to a new owner work?
When a foster or shelter finds a suitable new home, they can transfer all of the pet's profile data to the new owner with a single tap inside the app. The new parent receives full control, editability, and sharing functionality for the profile originally created by the foster or shelter. All vaccination records, medical history, and important info transfers seamlessly.
What's included in the Rescue tier?
The Rescue tier ($29.99/year) is designed specifically for fosters, shelters, and rescues. It includes everything in lower tiers plus: up to 10 pets (with the option to add 10 more for $9.99), the ability to post pets to the Pet Pad Adoption website, up to 5 adoption photos per pet, and full profile transfer capabilities to new owners. You can purchase additional pet packs unlimited times.
